Position
Full Time Store Manager, 2+ years of retail management experience

Job Description

• Responsible for the daily operations of the store
• Perform daily opening and closing procedures
• Create weekly work schedule for sales associates
• Conduct quarterly sales associate’s reviews and performance evaluations
• Manage and motivate sales associates to attain sales goals
• Demonstrate leadership by increasing sales and providing excellent customer service
• Process and receive shipments
• Handle all Return Authorizations to Vendors
• Maintain Store Visuals -merchandising the store, mannequins and window displays
• Communicate product knowledge to staff on an ongoing basis;
• Report to boutique owner on a daily basis

Qualifications

• Minimum two years retail experience and one year of selling
• Understanding of specialty retailing
• Positive, outgoing, high energy personality
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
