ZOË RETURN POLICY

We are happy to accept returns up to 14 days after the receipt of your order. After this time we cannot guarantee that the return will be accepted and will only be done so at the discretion of shopzoeonline.com. 

Returned items must conform to our returns policy as outlined below:

  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
  • The cost to return unwanted items is $10, and will be deducted from your total refund amount.  Shipping costs are also not refundable.
  • Shopzoeonline.com will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and tags removed.
  • All items must be returned new, unused and with all ZOE and designer garment tags still attached.
  • Shoes must be returned in the original shoeboxes and with dust bags.
  • Handbags must be returned with the dust bags.
  • We do not accept returns for lingerie, hosiery, and swimwear, and lifestyle items, such as candles, books, etc.
  • Sale items at 60% off and over are considered FINAL SALE and not returnable, or exchangable.
  • Items are considered FINAL SALE when stated during a promotion, or otherwise stated in item description, and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Once your return has been received and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method.
  • Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 18 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund, (excluding original delivery charge) upon receipt, or exchange the item for a different size or color if preferred.

To make a return, please follow the instructions below:

You will find in your package a return ticket for returns and exchanges. Please complete the form and include it with your return.  If you need another copy you may print a new one. Download our return form here.

  • We have also enclosed a UPS Label for your convenience. The shipping fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund.
  • You are not obligated to use the enclosed label. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that will insure your goods such as UPS.
  • If you have received the wrong item or if the item is faulty, you may return it to us following the standard procedure for all returns. You will be asked during the process the reason for your return. If shopzoeonline.com, upon receiving and verifying the goods, accept that the item was faulty or it was the wrong item, then we will refund you the full value of the item and the original cost of shipping it to you.
  • Refunds will be credited up receipt of the items and may take 5-10 business to process.
  • To exchange an item please return the original item making sure to complete the exchange ticket. If we can fulfill your exchange we will send it out upon receipt of the original item.  If we are not able to exchange the item we will refund your account.
